Usually, QBDT Basic Payroll is designed for businesses that want just to create paychecks, calculate payroll taxes, and send direct deposits. This is a good option only if the business is willing and able to prepare its payroll tax forms such as , , and W-2 and remit its payroll taxes. On the other hand, Enhanced Payroll provides complete payroll features for businesses who want to run payroll in-house. I just want quickbooks to calculate the taxes and fill out the w-2, and forms so I can print them. I can see that you only need to do a few things using our service.

However, QuickBooks offers a specific price for each payroll service because the available features of the plan cannot be eliminated those features you don't use. QuickBooks Payroll service has its own features to be used. There's no direct option to not include the ones we don't necessarily need.
